Laboratory Technician
Chris has over 14 years’ experience in laboratory testing both in the UK and abroad. He has extensive knowledge in geotechnical testing and is responsible for the day to day running of our UKAS accredited laboratory. Chris and the team will support you in determining the most appropriate testing for your project.
Ivan Groom
Engineering Director
Ivan has over 35 years’ experience in construction engineering, undertaking roles in ground investigations, design, piling, and civil engineering. The extent of his expertise provides a unique understanding of how to maximize the effectiveness of ground investigation data, to afford designers the most project specific information to support their solution.
Adam Barnard
Operations Manager
Adam has over 13 years’ experience in organising and supervising ground investigations both onshore and offshore in more than 10 countries. He has extensive knowledge of geotechnical fieldwork and experience in both factual and interpretive report writing. Adam is currently responsible for all operations from site works to completion of reports.
Chantal Cousins
Commercial Lead
Chantal has over 12 years’ experience in finance and commercial roles in the construction sector, having spent the majority of this time working in ground investigation and laboratory testing. Responsible for providing commercial support to our teams and clients. Chantal’s personable and can-do approach coupled with her philosophy of developing ‘a client for life’, has resulted in much repeat business.
Ben Armstrong
Geo-Environmental Director
Ben has over 25 years’ experience in delivering ground investigation projects throughout the UK, contracts valued up to £3.5m. Key skills include technical data analysis and interpretive report writing and authorisation. Responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our team of engineers, field operatives and technical laboratory staff.
